excellent trip!

free laundry friendly staff cozy fire pit

i really enjoyed the free laundry facilities. it was very helpful to quickly wash clothes. the staff members were consistently friendly and offered assistance whenever i needed it. my kids loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit each evening!

The elevators were a bit slow. Only a minor inconvenience.

The hotel sits directly across from the wildlife rehabilitation center. It's super convenient. a short walk gets you to all sorts of tourist shops and restaurants. the hotel is also very close to the national park entrance.

mediocre stay, honestly

thin walls chaotic breakfast

The walls seemed paper thin. i could hear everything from the hallway. the breakfast area felt chaotic. people were bumping into each other. the waffle maker was out of order. So much for a decent start to the day. i guess i expected better.

great stay close to park

easy check-in nice staff great dinner

check in went smooth. staff was nice and suggested hanks chop shop, a good dinner spot after yellowstone. the hotel sits near the park entrance, also across from the grizzly & wolf encounter. it's a must see. the s'mores night was a great treat for my teens.

the pool looked crowded and i did not get to enjoy it.

A good stay with a couple of drawbacks

cookies kit nice addition s'mores by the fire unwelcoming staff old hotel bad smell

The hotel is close to Yellowstone National Park. This made getting to the park very easy. The cookies and s'mores kit were a nice addition. I had fun making s'mores by the fire each evening.

The front desk staff were not very cute. The hotel seems quite old. I noticed a bad smell in the room. It smelled like dirty cloth. The breakfast was disappointing as many items were gone by 7:30 am. The staff did not refill them quickly.
